Digital Transformation & Brand Development
At Real Life Church, I have led the charge in modernizing our digital presence and streamlining communication across departments. I implemented Slack as the primary communication tool to replace Workplace, ensuring a smoother, more organized workflow for our staff. Additionally, I launched a new intranet, staff.real.life, which serves as a central hub for internal resources. I played a key role in rebranding Real Life Christian Academy, aligning it with the church’s brand while maintaining a distinct identity. Beyond branding, I revamped the local SEO strategy by ensuring accurate and optimized listings, enhancing visibility for both the church and the academy. I also spearheaded the transition to Asana, providing the team with structured project management tools to improve efficiency.
Content Creation & Media Strategy
Overseeing the Digital Media & Services department, I have driven content strategy across social media, website management, and video production. I developed and executed multi-platform marketing campaigns, including the “Money Matters” series and the year-end offering video, effectively communicating Real Life’s mission and impact. I also led the production of high-quality photography and videography, ensuring consistent branding and engagement. Under my leadership, the church’s digital storytelling has strengthened, highlighting community transformation and encouraging deeper involvement. Additionally, I facilitated the purchase of two EOS C400 cameras to enhance video production quality, further elevating Real Life’s media output.
